Doug established Vacu-Man Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning in 1979 with his mom and brother. After they both left the company Doug operated as a sole proprietor, and owner-operator for many years. His extensive knowledge and friendly service earned Vacu-Man five-star ratings, becoming a well-respected business with many long-time, repeat customers. 

In 2017, Doug's son Max joined the company and worked side by side with Doug to learn the business for two years. Since that time Max has taken over onsite technician responsibilities for Vacu-Man with the support of Doug and his mom, Janene. Max has continued to maintain the company's high satisfaction ratings earning great praise from his customers as professional, dependable, friendly, and thorough.
